For 365 days we guarantee to refund your money for any product that isn't 100% satisfactory. It's as simple as that! Products purchased within 365 days of order date will receive a refund by original payment method. Products must be returned in their original condition and can be either refunded or exchanged for the same value. Proof of purchase is required. (Special order and special price products are excluded)
To Return a product, we require a Return Authorization form to be included with your goods upon return. If you require a Return Authorization form please call us on 0508 437 482. Returning this form with the goods correctly facilitates a much faster processing of your credit.
To ensure your credit is processed promptly, we require a copy of this form to be included with your goods for return, which must clearly state the invoice number the goods relate to, as well as a clear explanation on why you are returning the goods for credit.
Please note, if we receive goods without this completed form or incorrectly filled in paperwork, we will hold the goods here until we are provided with enough information to allow us to process your credit.
